Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to professional engagements with Forestbase Spend Lens Co., Ltd.. The site does not sell physical goods or software licences.
Eligibility
Fees paid against a signed statement of work may be refundable in whole or in part according to the timing of cancellation and the work already performed. Informal enquiries and unpaid estimates create no refund obligation.
Timeframe to request a refund
Refund requests should be sent in writing to hello@portalforestbase.click within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation confirmation or delivery of a disputed draft).
Full and partial refunds
If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed start of analysis, and we have not yet begun paid preparatory work, you may receive a full refund of amounts paid for that engagement. Cancellations inside ten business days, or after intake has begun, may receive a partial refund equal to fees minus time already spent at the rates implied by the statement of work, with a minimum administrative retention of fifteen percent of the engagement fee.
Non-refundable items
Completed readouts, delivered briefs, finished scorecard packs, and completed contract matrices are non-refundable. Facilitated workshop days that have already occurred are non-refundable. Third-party costs we prepay at your written request (for example, room hire you asked us to arrange) are non-refundable once incurred.
Deposits
Where a deposit secures a start date, it is applied to the final invoice. If you cancel inside the ten-business-day window, the deposit may be retained up to the partial-refund calculation above.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Workshops may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a rescheduling charge of ten percent of the workshop fee. If your attendees do not join a confirmed session without notice, the session fee remains due.
Work already started
Once extracts are in active analysis or contracts are in matrix extraction, fees for completed phases remain payable. Unused later phases may be cancelled under the partial-refund rules.
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank transfer refunds in Vietnam may take additional clearing time depending on your bank.
